The Opportunity
The 360X business purpose is the serial construction and operation of new marketplaces and ecosystems for digital asset classes. The Company's objectives are: (i) to identify and invest in new digital asset classes; (ii) the creation and scaling of new marketplaces and ecosystems in these asset classes based on future technologies and (iii) the development of the necessary intellectual property and infrastructure.
Your mission
We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing 360X legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicate these to the business and external stakeholders.
- Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
- Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
- Execute procedures for e.g. protecting software licenses, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function
