Client Account Manager (m/f/d)

The Opportunity
 As our Client Account Manager, you will be part of the fast-growing sales department of 360X. As the main point of contact for all customer requests, you will be responsible for day-to-day inquiries, client feedback and escalations as needed. This position is all about responsibility, follow-through, and providing the best possible service experience to our customers.

Your mission
  • Manage all aspects of client inquiries of the existing client base related to the 360x platform
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of answers and solutions in accordance with client needs and requests
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to achieve a fast response and resolution time for client inquiries
  • Provide actionable customer feedback to key stakeholders including, but not limited to sales, marketing, and product development
  • Support the pre- and post-sales process with documentation, materials, or research
  • Forecast sales and account management metrics (e.g. quarterly sales and annual forecasts, CRM activity log)
Your profile
  • Great listener: Ask the right questions to deliver the right customer-centric solutions to our client needs.
  • Strong communicator: Be a strong communicator across diverse set of clients to ensure a fast resolution time with strong writing, phone, and presentation skills. Fluent German and English required.
  • Independency: Keep deliverables and response times top of mind for a high client satisfaction rate.
  • Curiosity: Be a positive contributor to our fast-paced environment, a creative thinker, and a strong problem-solver.
